As regular listeners know, attitude is a big part of being a successful entrepreneur. You need a vision, a plan, and enthusiasm to get things done. That's the formula for success. It also works during some of the rough patches in business. That includes the current slow down in our economy. Just because there's a slow down doesn't mean that you can't be proactive and do some things to lessen the impact on your business.
This week we've looked at some defensive measures, to make sure you stay lean and focused during the slow down. And we've looked at some proactive things you can do, including some special promotions and sales to draw customers back into the market. It's up to you to figure out what the right combination is for your company. But this much is clear. You need to have a positive attitude and vision if you're to get to the other side of the river. Nobody likes being around a sourpuss–that includes your customers.
