AN UPDATE ON OUR NEW BUSINESS

Building a market presence for our start up

We're updating progress for our new consulting firm. There are three metrics we're using for this progress report. Sales, market place presence, and future planning. Today, let's analyze our market presence. We've attended industry meetings and done mailings to our industry prospects. One of these mailings contributed to our first sale. Mailings continue to educate our prospects on our new service. In our most recent mailing, we sent an announcement of our first webinar, an Internet seminar. We're zeroing in on a second webinar to announce another new service we'll be launching.

Finally, I've made office visits to prospects. Each visit is a chance to further educate our target audience. Introducing a new business takes time and repetition, so we'll continue our mailings and office visits. Eventually, when the need for service pops up at a client location, we'll be among the options that gets some consideration. That's what our marketing strategy is all about. We're building a market presence.
