AN UPDATE ON OUR NEW BUSINESS

Sales for our new company

We're doing an assessment of where my new company is after 3 months. Sales will tell part of the story. And for us, there's a mixed, but promising picture. First, the good news is that we've signed up our first customer! We're delivering a first rate product at a very low cost to this customer. Our discount here is an investment in the future with this customer. While I wish we had more customers lined up, I'm confident we're going down the right path. We're reaching prospects through direct mail and networking at industry events. We have an Internet presence that includes a web site along with a webinar presentation that we're advertising as a sponsored link on Google. We're starting to get some inquiries and notice. This, after all, is what marketing is all about. Now we have to turn some of these inquiries into paying customers. That means continued follow-up, more mailings, and more methods of attracting attention to our new business. This is our sales push for the next 3 months.
