One thing that all entrepreneurs have in common is the ability to inspire others with their vision. Without this ability, an entrepreneur wonít be able to build a company, inspire employees to share the vision, or build credibility with bankers, investors, customers, or others. You have to be able to inspire.
Inspiration doesn't come in a bottle. You can't put it on like a suit of clothes. Inspiration comes from within. It starts with the entrepreneur believing in the vision of the company, whatever that vision is. If it's to offer the best quality service, the entrepreneur needs to live and breathe that commitment. It it's to offer the cheapest price, the entrepreneur has to be determined in keeping that promise. Whatever the vision may be, it's got to be practiced and preached by the entrepreneur every day. When others see your dedication to principle, they'll have greater confidence in the product or service you provide. That confidence is what can propel your company ahead.
